Ranking of Poker Hands

Hands are ranked in the same way as five card draw. For games where there are wild cards, additional hands that include the wild card, such as five of a kind, are allowed. A royal flush made with a wild card is considered a lower ranking hand than a regular royal flush.

ROYAL FLUSH
The highest ranking hand possible. All five cards are in both sequence and common suit. Example: A(hearts), K(hearts), Q(hearts), J(hearts), 10(hearts)

STRAIGHT FLUSH
Five cards both in sequence and common suit. Example: 10(diamonds), 9(diamonds), 8(diamonds), 7(diamonds), 6(diamonds)

FOUR OF A KIND
Four cards of the same rank. Example: 5(clubs), 5(hearts), 5(spades), 5(diamonds)

FULL HOUSE
Three cards of one rank and two cards of another rank. Example: K(clubs), K(diamonds), K(hearts), 4(spades), 4(clubs)

FLUSH
Five cards of same suit. Example: K(diamonds), J(diamonds), 9(diamonds), 6(diamonds), 3(diamonds), 2(diamonds)

STRAIGHT
Five cards in sequence ( Aces are used as high only ) Example: A(clubs), K(diamonds), Q(clubs), J(hearts), 10(spades)

THREE OF A KIND
Three cards of same rank. Example: 9(clubs), 9(diamonds), 9(hearts), A(spades), 8(clubs)

TWO PAIR
Two groups of two cards of same rank. Example: 4(clubs), 4(diamonds), J(hearts), J(spades), A(clubs)

JACKS OR BETTER
Two cards (Jacks or better) of the same rank Example: 8(clubs), 4(diamonds), J(hearts), J(spades), A(clubs)

About the various pokers

Deuces and Joker
The name of the game “Deuces & Joker Poker” refers to the fact that the deuces in the pack (those cards with a face value of 2) can stand in for any other card of any suit and that there is a 53rd card which is a joker. It’s like having 5 jokers in one pack! Whenever you get a joker or one or more deuces in your final hand, the computer will automatically assign a suit and value to it to give you the highest possible payout in light of the other cards that you are holding. This ensures that it is a lot easier to create potentially winning bets.

Deuces & Joker Power Poker
Deuces and Joker Power Poker is different from the standard Deuces and Joker video poker, as you play four identical hands of cards. At the beginning of each game only the first hand is shown to you, while the other three hands remain face down. The game then progresses like a standard video poker. When you choose to hold a card the identical card is revealed in the other three hands. If you choose to un-hold a card the three identical cards are turned face down. When you have chosen the cards you want to keep, click the Draw button. You will be dealt new cards in place of the cards that you did not hold. The other hands will then be revealed. Deuces and Joker Power Poker refers to the fact that the Deuces and the Joker in the pack are wild cards. So, it’s like having five Jokers in one pack! Whenever you get a Joker or one or more Deuces in your final hand, the computer will automatically assign a suit and value to it. This will give you the highest possible payout for the cards that you are holding. When you have completed the game, the total hand values of all four hands is calculate and the total winnings are added to your credits. If you have a winning hand you will have the option to double or collect your winnings. The highest hand you can get in Deuces and Joker Power Poker, is Four Deuces and a Joker and it pays out 10,000 coins, with five coins bet.
